Gate Road Support Deformation Forecasting Based on Multivariate Singular Spectrum Analysis and Fuzzy Time Series
Luka Crnogorac, Rade Tokalić, Zoran Gligorić, Aleksandar Milutinović, Suzana Lutovac, Aleksandar Ganić (2021)Underground mining engineers and planners in our country are faced with extremely difficult working conditions and a continuous shortage of money. Production disruptions are frequent and can sometimes last more than a week. During this time, gate road support is additionally exposed to rock stress and the result is its progressive deformation and the loss of functionality of gate roads. In such an environment, it is necessary to develop a low-cost methodology to maintain a gate road support system. ...deformacije podgrade, lasersko skeniranje, višekanalna singularna spektralna analiza, prognoza, klasterisanje fuzzy vremenskih serijaLuka Crnogorac, Rade Tokalić, Zoran Gligorić, Aleksandar Milutinović, Suzana Lutovac, Aleksandar Ganić. Prioritization of strategic measures for strengthening the security of supply of the Serbian natural gas sector
To strengthen the security of supply of the Serbian gas sector, it is necessary to analyze the impact of planned strategic measures. The analysis involves the identification of the most influential threats to the security of natural gas supply and prioritization of the strategic measures for overcoming the consequences of threats. The proposed methodology is based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process. The obtained weights for the identified threats and strategic measures are formed according to experts' judgments. The results ...Sigurnost snabdevanja, Donošenje odluka, Snabdevanje prirodnim gasom, Fazi AHP, Energetski indikatori... Identified threats and strategic measures in Serbian natural gas supply 3.1. Integrative GHG Assessment in Oil and Gas Industry
Reducing greenhouse gas emissions is one of the main targets of national strategies in European countries. As a main contributor to emissions, the energy sector is recognized as the most promising to apply measures and actions aimed to decrease GHG emissions. The Oil and Gas industry as a significant contributor to global greenhouse gas emissions is facing a growing need for estimating, mitigating, and reducing the impact of their operations on the atmosphere to stay competitive in a newly ...... coal has the major sharc of 44%, oil of 33.7%, and natural gas of 21.6% [1]. The Oil and Gas (hereinafter O&G) related activities contribute more than 52 50% of global GHG energy-related emissions mainly through hydrocarbon extraction, processing, and subsequent combustion processes |[1,2,8|. Environmental Noise Impact Assessment for Large-Scale Surface Mining Operations in Serbia
Noise emissions are a significant environmental impact caused by the mining industry in all technological phases of surface mining, mineral processing, and waste disposal. This paper presents the role of noise impact assessment and control in large-scale surface mining operations. Mine planning develops the model of mining operations, ore excavation, and waste dumping scheduling and processing rates, including spatial distribution of mining activities. Such a level of mine planning requires an environmental impact assessment study. This can be achieved ...Uros Pantelic, Petar Lilic, Aleksandar Cvjetic, Nikola Lilic. Detecting the boundaries of gravity anomaly sources using the vertical and tilt derivative
In geophysical exploration, it is important to define the boundaries of anomaly sources that are not visible on the surface. Information about the boundaries of sources can help during geophysical geological modeling of the survey area. Ground surface subsidence monitoring using sentinel-1 in the “Kostolac” open pit coal mine
Zoran Gojković, Milan Kilibarda, Ljiljana Brajović, Miloš Marjanović, Aleksandar Milutinović, Aleksandar Ganić (2023)Open pit coal mining affects surrounding populated areas, resulting in terrain surface deformation. Surface deformation should be monitored as often as possible to control deformations and prevent potential incidents. This paper analyzes time series deformation estimated from the Sentinel-1 satellite images using the Persistent Scatterer Interferometry method to monitor subsidence rates caused by open pit mining activities. It is possible to measure deformations using classical geodetic methods, but those are rarely used in practice because they are time-consuming and ...Zoran Gojković, Milan Kilibarda, Ljiljana Brajović, Miloš Marjanović, Aleksandar Milutinović, Aleksandar Ganić. Effect of natural gas composition on methane number: A case of gas reservoirs in Serbia
Natural gas is considered as the most environmentally acceptable fossil fuel, thus it is an alternative to petroleum derivate, dominantly used in internal combustion engines. Physical properties of a fuel as well as behavior during combustion process are affected by its composition. This article presents analysis of effect of natural gas composition on methane number (MN), conducted for natural gas deposits in Serbia. Adaptive neuro-fuzzy prediction of operation of the bucket wheel drive based on wear of cutting elements
The capacity of the rotor excavator depends largely on the operation of the subsystem for digging. There is a great contribution to the correct and sharp teeth when the capacity is the highest. In the function of time, the teeth become clogged due to abrasive wear, or changes in their geometric shape. To analyze the bucket wheel drive in depend on wear of the cutting elements in this study adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) approach was implemented. ANFIS ...... face-milling of GH4099 under the suitable cutting con- ditions.
