Fossil fuels and biomass account for almost 93% of the total primary energy supply in Serbia. Preliminary impact assessment of No2 emission from a heating plant on air pollution: case of Zemun, Serbia
The aim of this paper is to provide a preliminary evaluation of the impact caused by NO2 emissions from a heating plant on the local air quality. To model the spatial distribution of NO2 emissions from the heating plant, the AERMOD model was employed. The evaluation was conducted by analyzing and contrasting the simulated NO2 concentration from the heating plant with the overall NO2 concentration recorded at the nearest monitoring station over the entire heating season. The Belgrade district heating system relies on fossil fuels in heat production, where natural gas has the largest share of around 95% and fuel oil with around 4.4%. Efekti potencijalnog korišćenja postrojenja za preradu otpadnih voda kao energetskih izvora u sistemima daljinskog grejanja u Srbiji
Системи даљинског грејања постоје у 57 градова и општина у Србији и доминантно користе фосилна горива. У овим урбаним срединама су изграђени, или се планира градња система за пречишћавање отпадних вода. У раду је размотрена (са еколошког и енергетског аспекта) могућност додатног, енергетског коришћења топлоте пречишћене воде у СДГ, применом топлотних пумпи. Biomass is recognized as the most promising renewable energy source in Serbia. Mogućnost korišćenјa toplotnih pumpi sa otpadnom toplotom iz postrojenјa za prečišćavanјe otpadnih voda kao toplotnim izvorom
U narednom periodu se planira izgradnja nekoliko desetina sistema za prečišćavanje otpadnih voda u većim gradovima u Srbiji. Iskustva iz postrojenja koja su trenutno u radu, pokazuju da bi prečišćena otpadna voda, s obzirom na protok i temperaturu, mogla da predstavlja značajan izvor obnovljive energije. U radu su prikazani primeri dobre prakse korišćenja ove energije u sistemima daljinskog grejanja u zemljama Evropske unije.
