Properties of fly ash and slag from the power plants
This paper describes the physical, chemical and mineral properties of ash and slag, which were taken from thermal power plants Nikola Tesla A, Nikola Tesla B, Kostolac A and Kostolac B. Geochemistry of neutral mine drainage at sulfide deposits ‒ example of the „Grot“ Pb-Zn mine, South-Eastern Serbia
U ovom radu proučavan je hemijski sastav voda iz rudnika i izdvojeni su hidro-geohemijski faktori koji utiču na njegovo formiranje. Sakupljeno je 11 uzoraka vode sa 6 lokacija na području Krive Feje, kako bi se utvrdio njihov hemijski sastav. Analizom podataka utvrđeno je da su vode sa ovog područja visokog kvaliteta, HCO3--SO42--Ca2+ i SO42--Ca2+ tipa, sa neutralnom pH vrednošću. Razvoj površinske eksploatacije se u velikom stepenu zasniva na svestranoj mehanizaciji rudarskih radova. Mt. Avala is located on the southern margin of the Pannonian basin (SPB), a border zone between the uplifted morphostructures of the Dinarides and Carpathian-Balkanides. The subvolcanic regions of magmatic centers are commonly associated with alteration, mineralization, and economic ore deposits, however the duration and frequency of mineralizing pulses within the overall lifespan of these centers can be poorly defined. Therefore, models for the formation of mineral systems require more highprecision geochronology data to refine their evolutionary models. The alternative to Mahler measure of polynomials in several variables
Dragan Stankov (2024)We introduce the ratio of the number of roots of a polynomial Pd, greater than one in modulus, to its degree d as an alternative to Mahler measure. We investigate some properties of the alternative. We generalise this definition for a polynomial in several variables using Cauchy’s argument principle. If a polynomial in two variables do not vanish on the torus we prove the theorem for the alternative which is analogous to the Boyd-Lawton limit formula for Mahler measure. ...Dragan Stankov.
