Properties of fly ash and slag from the power plants
This paper describes the physical, chemical and mineral properties of ash and slag, which were taken from thermal power plants Nikola Tesla A, Nikola Tesla B, Kostolac A and Kostolac B. The knowledge of the mineralogical material composition is important because the type of minerals directly determines the properties of the fly ash and slag and their possible application. Laboratory tests showed that ash and slag samples consist of the following minerals: amorphous materials, quartz, feldspar, mullite, melilite, cristobalite, ...fly ash, slag, physical composition, chemical composition, mineral composition, X-ray diffraction methodMiloš Šešlija, Aleksandra Rosić, Nebojša Radović, Milinko Vasić, Mitar Đogo, Milovan Jotić. Correlation of uniaxial compressive strength with the dynamic elastic modulus, p –wave velocity and s –wave velocity of different rock types
Knowing mechanical properties of rocks incorporated with ultrasonic waves velocities investigations provide a secure basis for mine modelling. Uniaxial compressive strength, dynamic elastic modulus and ultrasonic waves velocities are just some of the rock properties that indicate on presence of discontinuities, stratification and fissures of rocks. Determining the relationship of these rock properties testing the rock samples that are corresponding to different rock types extracted from different mineral deposits represents the core of this study. Hydrodynamic analysis application of contaminated groundwater remediation to oil hydrocarbons
Primenjena hidrodinamička analiza predstavlja pravilan, a sve češće i neophodan pristup u savremenoj hidrogeologiji. Prethodnim hemijskim analizama uzoraka tla i podzemnih voda na istražno-osmatračkim objektima detektovano je zagađenje produktima nafte. Novoizvedena istraživanja obuhvatila su izvođenje 12 pijezometara različitih dubina, geoelektrično sondiranje tla, ,,in situ” merenja prisutnog kontaminanta, izdvojenog kao hidrofobna faza LNAPL, ...Predrag Pajić, Aleksandar Čalenić, Dušan Polomčić, Dragoljub Bajić. Simulation of groundwater regime and quantification of groundwater balance by means of hydrodynamic analysis: Case of open-cast mine 'Jakovačka Kumša'
This paper compares different architectures and techniques for preparing named entity recognition (NER) models for the Serbian language via integrating BERT with spaCy. Models were trained to recognize seven different named entity types (persons, locations, organisations, professions, events, demonyms, and artworks), and are trained on the dataset containing Serbian novels published between 1840 and 1920, publicly available newspaper articles and sentences generated from the Wikidata knowledge base and Leximirka lexical database. Preliminary regional landslide susceptibility assessment using limited data
Igor Peshevski, Milorad Jovanovski, Biljana Abolmasov, Jovan Papic, Uroš Đurić, Miloš Marjanović, Ubydul Haque, Natasha Nedelkovska (2019)In this paper a heuristic approach for preliminary regional landslide susceptibility assessment using limited amount of data is presented. It is called arbitrary polynomial method and takes into account 5 landslide conditioning parameters: lithology, slope inclination, average annual rainfall, land use and maximum expected seismic intensity. According to the method, in the first stage, a gradation is performed for each of the carefully selected conditioning parameters by assigning so called rating points to the grid cells on which the ...Igor Peshevski, Milorad Jovanovski, Biljana Abolmasov, Jovan Papic, Uroš Đurić, Miloš Marjanović, Ubydul Haque, Natasha Nedelkovska. Chalcopyrite Floatability in Flotation Plant of the Rudnik Mine
Ово доводи до тога да минерал галенит прелази у ситне класе које споро флотају, а у ...... largest loss of copper, 57%, is in a *coarse” fraction above 74 um. Long-term planning methodology for improving wood biomass utilization
The insufficiently developed forest management system is often followed by undeveloped forest resources supply chain and insufficient institutional support. These cause inefficient usage of fuel-wood as well as huge amounts of unused forest residues. In order to achieve optimal and long-term sustainable utilisation of biomass, an original methodology based on the interaction of mathematical optimization and backcasting approach has been developed. Mathematical optimization is used for both generation and consideration of techno-economic parameters of the forest biomass supply chain. ...... set according to the case study that will be conducted. 2.2.
